HVAC Service Technician - Summary- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by clearly explaining issues and solutions to homeowners.
- Participate in ongoing technical and professional training.
- Work collaboratively with dispatch and customer service teams.
- Document all work using company software and maintain a well-organized service vehicle.
- Conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting for HVAC systems.
