This is a full-time, purely technical position with no sales responsibilities, allowing you to concentrate on delivering technical excellence and ensuring customer confidence in our solutions.
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting the installation and maintenance of high-efficiency heat pump and HVAC systems. You will work directly with installation teams and engineering staff to ensure system performance and customer satisfaction. - Focus on technical assessments, system verification, and collaboration with installation and engineering teams

- Diagnose and resolve performance issues in heat pump and HVAC systems
- Conduct comprehensive on-site walkthroughs of complex installations
- Provide technical assessments and feedback to installation teams and engineers
- Verify system functionality, airflow, and refrigerant levels, documenting all findings
- Identify installation challenges and best practices to support ongoing training
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure safe, efficient, and quality project completion
- Maintain accurate service documentation and uphold safety standards at all times
- Work occasional overtime during peak seasons to meet customer needs

- Minimum of 3 years' experience as an HVAC Service Technician with a focus on heat pump systems
- Extensive knowledge of heat pump operations, controls, and commissioning processes
- Strong diagnostic and analytical skills for complex technical issues
- EPA certification (Type II or Universal) is required for this position
- Exceptional communication abilities for effective collaboration and documentation
- Valid driver’s license for travel to various job sites as needed
