HVAC Service Technician - Summary- Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and optimization of HVAC systems to ensure reliable operation and customer satisfaction.
- Performs preventative maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, upgrades, and start-ups according to project and service requirements.
- Adheres to safety protocols and operational procedures while collaborating with team members and clients.
- Travels to job sites, attends manufacturer training, and participates in office meetings as needed.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections on HVAC equipment and systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, implementing effective solutions.
- Conduct efficient system start-ups, upgrades, and repairs to manufacturer and company standards.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with customers to clarify service requirements and project scopes.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and operational guidelines.
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service support as required.
- Travel regularly to various job sites and attend training or meetings as scheduled by the company.
- Maintain assigned company vehicle, ensuring it is in safe, working condition.

- Valid driver’s license required.

- Willingness and ability to travel to job sites and attend training and meetings as needed.
