Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps in residential settings.
- Respond to service calls, troubleshoot system malfunctions, and implement effective solutions.
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, explaining repairs and offering professional recommendations to improve comfort and indoor air quality.
- Document all work, including photos and service notes, using company software to maintain accurate customer histories.
- Maintain a clean, organized company truck and present a professional appearance on every job.
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed to ensure customer comfort and timely service.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience in residential HVAC service.
- Current EPA Universal certification required; NATE certification is a strong plus.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Physical ability to work in attics and crawlspaces, and to lift 50 pounds or more as needed.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to customers in a clear and honest manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating professionalism and a customer-first attitude.
