Duties & Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in various HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioning units, ensuring optimal system functionality and customer comfort.
- Perform routine, precision maintenance and tune-ups on HVAC equipment to maximize efficiency, extend equipment lifespan, and prevent future breakdowns.
- Safely execute tasks within the 06B license scope, including electrical wiring, controls installation, and system connections up to 250V single-phase, adhering to all safety and compliance regulations.
- Provide clear and thorough explanations to homeowners regarding repair versus replacement options, utilizing digital tools to deliver estimates and invoices directly on-site for transparency and convenience.
- Uphold strict safety standards by maintaining a clean and organized work area and rigorously following L&I safety protocols as well as local building codes at all times.
