HVAC Service Advisor - Summary
- Serve as the principal point of contact for customers and Account Managers regarding service proposals, estimates, and technical inquiries.
- Leverage HVAC systems knowledge to develop accurate scopes of work, detailed quotations, and repair or upgrade recommendations.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotations and proposals tailored to customer needs, collaborating closely with service departments and field technicians.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and related services.
- Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries received through phone, email, and website channels, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Identify and pursue proactive sales opportunities, generating leads and supporting ongoing business development.
- Liaise effectively with customers and Account Managers, providing regular updates and coordinating service based on specific customer requirements.
- Coordinate with field technicians, service managers, and warehouse teams to ensure efficient order processing, parts sourcing, and service delivery.
- Manage parts ordering for approved work, address material returns, and resolve product availability questions to facilitate timely repairs and upgrades.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, handling customer interactions with professionalism and a focus on satisfaction.
- Support the service team by monitoring schedules, assisting with work orders, and ensuring all customer requests are addressed accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical school education or equivalent combination of education and experience in the Boiler, Critical Power, or HVAC industry preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HVAC service, estimating, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers, Account Managers, and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and collaborate within a team environment.
- Proficiency in preparing detailed customer quotations and managing parts research and sourcing.
- Solid understanding of HVAC products, industry standards, and service processes.
