HVAC Service Advisor - Summary
- Acts as the primary point of contact for customers seeking HVAC service, repairs, or upgrades.
- Prepares accurate and detailed estimates and proposals for a wide range of HVAC services.
- Translates technical diagnostics into clear, customer-friendly documentation.

- Utilize Microsoft Office and handheld devices for estimate preparation and communication.

Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school education strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of field service experience in HVAC and boiler systems, with strong diagnostic and repair skills.
- Proven experience in preparing service and repair estimates, proposals, or quotations.
- Universal EPA CFC certification required; additional certifications such as EGSA, UA Apprenticeship, NATE, or STAR are preferred.
- OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and handheld devices (smartphones, tablets).
