HVAC Sales Manager - Summary- Oversees HVAC sales operations and manages multiple in-home sales teams
- Focuses on customer engagement and satisfaction throughout project lifecycles
- Ensures team adherence to safety and service standards
- Drives achievement of annual sales goals and team performance targets
- Provide detailed estimates for repair or replacement of HVAC equipment and systems
- Deliver superior customer service from initial estimate to project completion
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and inspectors
- Address customer questions and concerns, utilizing digital platforms such as ServiceTitan
- Manage team schedules to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Organize, oversee, and support the work of multiple teams
- Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and training of new team members
- Develop and retain top-performing HVAC sales talent
- Maintain yearly completed sales of $1,200,000 or more
- Oversee day-to-day customer-facing operations and ensure safety compliance
- Train team members on best practices and safety protocols

- Minimum of 5 years experience in a field or operations role
- At least 3 years of experience in HVAC (required)
- Proven in-home residential sales experience
- Experience managing teams of 4-10 individuals
- Current state driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Solid understanding of project management principles
- Comfortable with computer systems and digital tools
- Results-oriented and driven to achieve and exceed sales goals
