HVAC Sales Consultant - Summary- Full-time position with AirWorks focused on in-home sales of HVAC solutions.
- Role centers on closing warm, high-quality inbound leads—no cold calling required.

- Engage with pre-qualified, warm inbound leads to assess homeowners’ HVAC needs.
- Consult with clients to understand their comfort, air quality, and energy efficiency requirements.
- Design and recommend customized HVAC solutions aligned with the customer’s budget and lifestyle.
- Present proposals, answer questions, and guide clients through the sales process with transparency and professionalism.
- Finalize sales contracts and coordinate project handoffs to installation teams.
