Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough in-home assessments of heating, cooling, and indoor comfort requirements.
- Design and present customized HVAC system proposals, including ducted and ductless solutions, indoor air quality enhancements, and zoning options.
- Present clear, professional proposals using industry-standard platforms such as ServiceTitan.
- Run leads generated by service and maintenance teams, and follow up on open estimates and unsold opportunities.
- Maintain consistent, professional communication with customers throughout the sales process.
- Document all estimates, financing options, and sales notes accurately to ensure seamless handoff to installation teams.
- Educate homeowners about system efficiency, available rebates, and long-term value propositions.
- Provide expert guidance on repair versus replacement decisions without applying undue pressure.
- Represent the company brand with integrity and contribute to a trustworthy customer experience.
- Meet or exceed revenue, closing rate, and margin performance goals, supporting overall company growth.
- Contribute to customer retention and membership growth when applicable.
Salary & Benefits
