As an HVAC/R Technician (EPA Certified), you will be at the forefront of diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a wide range of commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' facilities operate safely, efficiently, and without interruption. Your expertise will directly contribute to maintaining the reliability and performance of critical equipment such as rack systems, chillers, coolers, freezers, rooftop units, and more.

HVAC/R Technician (EPA Certified) - Summary
- Serve as a key member of a respected HVAC and refrigeration team, specializing in commercial and industrial environments.
- Diagnose, service, and maintain complex refrigeration and HVAC systems to ensure customer satisfaction and operational reliability.
- Work independently and collaboratively to provide high-quality service and technical expertise.
- Leverage industry certifications and hands-on experience to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems, including rack systems, chillers, coolers, freezers, and rooftop units.
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections, accurately documenting all service activities.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues, providing effective solutions to maximize equipment uptime.
- Communicate clearly with clients to explain service recommendations, repairs, and system performance insights.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver projects on time and to the highest standards of quality.
- Stay current with advancements in HVAC/R technology, industry best practices, and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety regulations.
- Offer occasional support to other company branches during peak seasons as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in HVAC/R, with a strong background in refrigeration systems.
- Universal EPA Certification is required for this role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems, including rack systems, chillers, coolers, freezers, and rooftop units.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to manage service calls independently and efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong work ethic and a passion for ongoing learning and professional development.
