HVAC/R Technician - Summary- Deliver expert commercial HVAC and refrigeration services, including installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
- Work with a variety of equipment such as rack systems, chillers, coolers, freezers, and rooftop units.
- Provide outstanding customer service and clear communication with clients regarding system performance and repair recommendations.
- Maintain detailed and accurate service documentation and work orders.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and uphold company standards.
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including rack systems, chillers, coolers, freezers, and rooftop units.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration system issues, utilizing advanced troubleshooting techniques.
- Perform preventative maintenance and comprehensive inspections to ensure system efficiency and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures in a timely and effective manner.
- Complete accurate and thorough service documentation and work orders for all assignments.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs, maintenance recommendations, and system performance concerns.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve service excellence and meet project objectives.

- 2-3 years of experience in the HVAC/R industry, specifically with commercial refrigeration equipment.
- Universal EPA Certification required for handling refrigerants and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems, including rack systems, chillers, coolers, freezers, and rooftop units.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
