This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with advanced HVAC and refrigeration systems, including rack systems, chillers, coolers, freezers, rooftop units, and more. HVAC/R Service Technician - Summary- Diagnose, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems across a variety of client sites.
- Work with leading-edge technology and a diverse range of equipment in commercial and industrial settings.
- Deliver solutions-focused service to help clients maintain safe and efficient operations.
- Collaborate with a supportive and experienced team dedicated to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC/R systems, including refrigeration systems, chillers, coolers, freezers, rooftop units, and rack systems.
- Service and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration system issues to ensure optimal system performance.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and detailed inspections to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Respond promptly to service calls, diagnosing equipment failures and providing timely, effective repairs.
- Complete accurate and thorough service documentation and work orders for every job.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, explaining repairs, recommendations, and system operations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals and maintain high service standards.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging HVAC/R technologies to provide the best possible service.

- 2-3 years of hands-on HVAC/R experience, with a focus on commercial refrigeration systems.
- Universal EPA Certification is required for this role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration systems, rack systems, chillers, coolers, freezers, and rooftop units.
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in diagnosing and repairing complex systems.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a professional demeanor at all times.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize service calls, and manage time efficiently.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for operating company vehicles.
