HVAC/R Service Technician - Summary- Provide expert diagnostic, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Work with a variety of equipment including rack systems, chillers, coolers, freezers, and rooftop units.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the company’s reputation for quality and professionalism.
- Participate in ongoing training and stay updated on the latest industry advancements.
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems.
- Service and troubleshoot rack systems, chillers, coolers, freezers, and rooftop units.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration system issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections to ensure optimal operation.
- Complete accurate and timely service documentation and work orders.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs, recommendations, and system performance.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality service.

- 2-3 years of experience in HVAC/R, with a focus on commercial refrigeration systems.
- Universal EPA Certification required.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration equipment, and related technologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
