HVAC Project Manager - Summary- Oversees commercial HVAC projects from start to finish
- Leads and mentors field technicians
- Ensures project compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Manages documentation, procurement, and project scheduling
- Acts as the primary point of contact for clients and suppliers
- Manage multiple commercial HVAC projects concurrently, ensuring all project phases are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits, coordinate with field crews, and monitor project progress
- Attend job and coordination meetings to ensure alignment between office and field operations
- Create and manage project budgets, track costs, and oversee procurement of equipment and materials
- Prepare and distribute closeout documentation upon project completion and final payment
- Handle project submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings for piping and sheet metal
- Maintain detailed tracking logs for equipment, materials, approvals, orders, and deliveries
- Develop takeoffs for insulation, sheet metal, piping, and equipment for project bids
- Ensure project work complies with safety guidelines and company policies
- Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders to resolve issues promptly
- Full-time employment with approximately 40 hours per week in 8-hour shifts

- Engineering background and experience with closeout documents are advantageous
- Universal EPA certification preferred
