HVAC Maintenance Technician (EPA Certified) - Summary- Responsible for the maintenance and repair of property systems, with a focus on HVAC and EPA compliance.
- Ensures market-ready units and common areas are clean, safe, and fully operational.
- Responds promptly to maintenance service requests and collaborates with other maintenance and office staff.

- Respond and complete maintenance service requests efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare vacant units for new residents, including trash removal and repair work.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, appliances, mechanical, carpentry, and electrical issues.
- Install locks, make keys, and replace light bulbs in common areas as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of office areas, parking lots, building exteriors, and other common areas.
