HVAC Maintenance Technician (EPA Certified) - Summary
- Provide skilled maintenance services for apartment communities, with a focus on HVAC systems and EPA compliance.
- Ensure timely response to maintenance requests and proactive upkeep of property grounds and common areas.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to maintenance service requests, addressing a variety of repair and upkeep needs.
- Prepare market-ready units, which includes cleaning, trash removal, and general repairs in vacant apartments.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, and appliance issues.
- Install locks, make keys, and ensure secure access to units as required.
- Replace light bulbs and maintain lighting in all common areas to ensure safety and visibility.
- Remove trash from office areas, apartment exteriors, and around the property daily.
- Maintain the overall appearance and condition of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing offices, and parking lots.
- Coordinate with other maintenance staff to complete tasks efficiently and uphold high standards of property maintenance.
