HVAC Maintenance Technician (EPA Certified) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Promptly respond to and complete maintenance service requests from residents and property management.
- Assist in preparing market-ready units for new residents, including trash removal from vacant apartments and common areas.
- Perform assigned maintenance tasks efficiently and in a timely manner to ensure resident satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical systems, carpentry, and electrical issues, including HVAC and appliance repairs.
- Install and maintain locks, make keys as needed, and ensure residents' security needs are met.
- Replace light bulbs and address lighting issues in all common areas to maintain a bright and safe environment.
- Remove trash daily from office areas and throughout the apartment community to promote cleanliness and curb appeal.
- Support the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing offices, parking lots, and other shared spaces.

- HVAC/EPA certification required for all candidates.
- Previous experience in apartment or property maintenance strongly preferred.
