As an HVAC Installer Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality installations and exceptional customer service. The HVAC Installer Lead position is perfect for professionals with previous hands-on experience in HVAC installation who are looking to take on a leadership role. The role also requires a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and EPA 608 certification (Type II or Universal). HVAC Installer Lead - Summary- Full-time leadership position in HVAC installation
- Lead and execute residential and light commercial HVAC system installations
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to ensure system performance and efficiency
- Participate in ongoing technical training and professional development
- Work collaboratively in a supportive, growth-focused company culture
- Install, replace, and upgrade residential and light commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits
- Use MeasureQuick and other diagnostic tools to confirm system operation and efficiency
- Adhere to company procedures and comply with all local building codes
- Coordinate installation projects with team members and dispatch to maintain project timelines
- Educate customers on equipment operation, maintenance, and best practices
- Maintain professional, organized, and clean job sites
- Ensure company vehicles are well-stocked, clean, and maintained
- Participate in ongoing technical and safety training through Nexstar and internal programs

- Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in HVAC installation
- EPA 608 certification (Type II or Universal required)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely lift 75 pounds or more and work in confined spaces
