HVAC Installer - Summary- Full-time opportunity with a reputable, confidential residential electrification company
- Focus on residential heat-pump systems and high-quality installation work

- Complete full residential heat-pump installations from start to finish
- Remove existing furnaces and air-conditioning equipment, prepare work areas for new systems
- Perform refrigerant recovery, system evacuation, charging, and commissioning with precision
- Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment documentation
- Follow building codes, permit requirements, and safety standards at all times
- Test installed systems to ensure safe, reliable operation
- Identify and address quality issues prior to job completion
- Provide clear explanations of installed systems to homeowners and answer questions professionally
- Maintain organized, well-stocked vehicles and workspaces
- Collaborate with other installers and technical teams to improve products and installation processes
