As an HVAC Installer, your primary responsibility will be to complete heat-pump installations and replace outdated gas equipment in residential settings. Utilizing your technical skills, you will handle refrigerant recovery, system evacuation, and precise charging to guarantee safe and reliable system performance. Your ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams will be essential as you follow building codes and safety protocols to deliver installations that meet and exceed industry standards.

The ideal candidate for this HVAC Installer position possesses hands-on residential HVAC experience, particularly with heat pumps or mini-split systems. You are comfortable working in physically demanding environments such as attics and crawlspaces, have a strong grasp of installation requirements, and are committed to maintaining high safety standards. An active EPA Section 608 Certification or progress toward certification is required, and any additional HVAC or HVACR licenses as mandated by local jurisdictions will be considered a strong asset.
