As an HVAC Installer at TopLine Heating & Air, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive installation services for a wide range of HVAC systems. You will work closely with inspectors, suppliers, and your teammates to ensure that all projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant codes and safety standards. HVAC Installer - Summary
- Deliver exceptional residential HVAC installation services with a focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with inspectors, suppliers, and team members to complete projects efficiently and in accordance with industry standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with evolving industry practices.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Remove old HVAC equipment and install new systems, including duct repair and replacement using fiberglass, flex, and metal materials.
- Perform soldering, venting of flues, refrigerant leak detection, refrigerant charging, recovery, and reclamation as required.
- Measure refrigeration system parameters such as gas pressures and temperatures, and calculate static and CFM delivery.
- Utilize basic plumbing and electrical skills as necessary for installation tasks.
- Work with inspectors, suppliers, and co-workers to ensure all project work is completed to specification and in compliance with all codes.
- Diagnose HVAC system issues as needed and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Conduct equipment operation reviews with customers upon completion of installation, explaining system features and confirming customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in HVAC installation is preferred, but all skill levels are encouraged to apply as training is available.
- EPA Universal Certification is a plus.
- Specialized coursework in commercial HVAC practices and a strong working knowledge of relevant codes and safety measures are advantageous.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs or more and climb ladders as needed for installations.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with electronic devices, email, instant messaging, and relevant applications for field communication and information sharing.
