HVAC Installer - Summary- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential settings.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction with every installation.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

- Execute full HVAC installations including equipment removal, system replacement, and ductwork repair (fiberglass, flex, metal).
- Perform soldering, venting flues, refrigerant leak detection, system charging, and refrigerant recovery/reclaiming tasks.
- Measure refrigeration system parameters such as gas pressures and temperatures, and calculate static pressure and CFM delivery.
- Carry out basic plumbing and electrical tasks as needed for HVAC installations.
- Coordinate with inspectors, suppliers, and colleagues to ensure all work is completed accurately and meets relevant codes.
- Conduct basic diagnostic procedures on HVAC systems when required.
- Demonstrate and explain newly installed equipment operation to customers, ensuring full understanding and satisfaction.

- Experience in HVAC installation preferred; all levels of experience considered.
- EPA universal certification is a plus.
- Completion of specialized HVAC courses a bonus.
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC codes and safety measures preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with digital communication tools and electronic devices.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs or more and climb ladders as needed for installations.
