As an HVAC Installer, you will play a key role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our customers by performing efficient, top-quality installation work. You will be responsible for executing a variety of HVAC installation tasks, applying your technical knowledge of equipment, ductwork, and system operation. HVAC Installer - Summary
- Responsible for performing comprehensive HVAC system installations in residential settings, ensuring all work meets industry codes and high customer satisfaction standards.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Carry out equipment removal and installation, including new HVAC units, duct repair, and replacement (fiberglass, flex, and metal).
- Conduct soldering, venting flues, refrigerant leak detection, and manage refrigerant recovery and reclamation.
- Measure refrigeration system parameters, including gas pressures and temperatures, and calculate static and CFM delivery for optimal system performance.
- Apply basic plumbing and electrical skills as needed for successful HVAC installations.
- Collaborate with inspectors, suppliers, and co-workers to ensure projects are completed correctly and in compliance with all relevant codes.
- Perform basic diagnosis of HVAC systems as required during installations.
- After installation, review system operation with customers, providing clear instruction on features and ensuring understanding and satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience with HVAC installations, including removal, ductwork, soldering, and system diagnostics preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with inspectors, suppliers, and team members, while adhering to all codes and regulations.
- Strong communication skills for effective customer instruction and team interaction.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems as related to HVAC installation.
- EPA Universal Certification is preferred but not required.
- Completion of specialized HVAC courses or training considered a plus.
- Proficiency with mobile devices, tablets, and communication apps for efficient information sharing.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Physical capability to lift 75 lbs or more and climb ladders as necessary for installation tasks.
