The HVAC Installer position at TopLine Heating & Air involves a variety of essential tasks focused on the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems. You will be responsible for removing old equipment, installing new units, repairing or replacing ductwork, performing soldering and venting tasks, and addressing refrigerant needs including leak detection, charging, recovery, and reclamation. Additionally, you will measure system parameters, such as gas pressures and temperatures, and calculate airflow to ensure proper system performance. Strong attention to detail and adherence to industry codes and safety regulations are vital for success in this role.
As an HVAC Installer, you will also collaborate closely with inspectors, suppliers, and team members to ensure every project meets required standards. Occasionally, you may be called upon to perform basic diagnostic assessments of HVAC systems. Upon completing each installation, you will review equipment operation with customers, thoroughly explaining all system features and ensuring their satisfaction and understanding of the new installation. HVAC Installer - Summary- Install, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Provide high-level customer service and clear communication throughout the installation process.
