HVAC Installation Supervisor - Summary- Lead and mentor residential HVAC installation crews in Atlanta, GA
- Ensure high-quality, code-compliant heat-pump installations
- Drive operational efficiency and support field team development
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and stakeholders
- Supervise and guide HVAC installation teams, dividing responsibilities for optimal workflow
- Remove and replace existing furnaces and air-conditioning equipment
- Install, commission, and test new heat-pump systems
- Perform refrigerant recovery, system evacuation, charging, and functional checks
- Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer documentation
- Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and safety standards
- Identify and resolve quality issues prior to job completion
- Mentor junior installers, providing guidance on equipment and safe work practices
- Maintain project schedules and uphold workmanship standards
- Engage with homeowners to address concerns and explain installed systems
- Collaborate with technical and field operations teams to improve procedures

- EPA Section 608 Certification (required)
- NATE and BPI certifications (preferred)
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and wiring schematics
- Comprehensive knowledge of building codes and safety compliance
- Expertise in refrigerant recovery, evacuation, and charging
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to correcting issues
- Experience with heat pumps or mini-split systems (strongly preferred)
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment and work in diverse settings
- Dedication to OSHA standards, including Lockout/Tagout procedures
- Proactive leader with a hands-on approach to team development
- Technically proficient in all aspects of residential HVAC installation
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, safety, and code compliance
