Human Resources Manager (HR Manager) - Summary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR matters within the organization.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes.

- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for leadership to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in human resources or a related field.
- Professional HR certification (such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
