Human Resources Generalist (HR Generalist) - Summary
- Core HR professional role supporting a broad range of human resources functions.
- Responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and training & development.
- Works with HRIS and ATS software including Workday, ADP, Kronos, iCIMS, and Taleo.
- Ensures compliance with employment and labor laws, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Collaborates with management to support organizational strategy and employee engagement.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, leveraging ATS platforms.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and ongoing employee training initiatives.
- Administer employee benefits programs and support benefits enrollment and related inquiries.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws, OSHA regulations, and workers' compensation procedures.
- Support performance management, including evaluations and succession planning.
- Address employee relations issues with integrity, confidentiality, and effective conflict resolution skills.
- Ensure accurate HR data management in systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UltiPro.
- Assist in developing and implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Oversee and refine sourcing strategies using social media and recruitment tools.
- Coordinate with payroll providers to guarantee accurate and timely compensation processing.
- Contribute to change management and HR project management activities.
