Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the human resources department, including maintaining organized records and managing schedules.
- Assist with the complete onboarding process for new hires, including preparing and distributing new hire packets, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all required documentation is collected and processed.
- Support payroll processes by collecting, verifying, and submitting timekeeping data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in payroll-related information.
