The HRIS Analyst role is a critical position responsible for supporting and maintaining the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and Learning Management System (LMS) within a collaborative and technology-driven HR environment. HRIS Analyst - Summary- Support and maintain HRIS, ATS, and LMS platforms
- Resolve daily user requests and technical issues
- Conduct system troubleshooting and research
- Perform scheduled activities and data updates
- Collaborate with HR and business partners
- Contribute to process improvements and system optimization
- Provide hands-on support for HRIS, ATS, and LMS systems
- Respond to user inquiries and resolve system-related issues via phone and email
- Research and troubleshoot technical problems efficiently
- Perform routine system maintenance and scheduled activities, such as mass updates
- Maintain data integrity and ensure system accuracy
- Collaborate with the HR systems team to support the overall HR technology strategy
- Participate in projects and contribute to system enhancements and upgrades
