The HR Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the comprehensive human resources (HR) functions within an organization. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for a broad spectrum of activities, including employee relations, payroll administration, HR reporting, recruitment, and benefits coordination. This position is crucial in ensuring that managers, supervisors, and employees receive timely guidance and accurate information regarding company policies, regulatory compliance, and HR best practices. Working closely with the HR Central/Shared Services Team, the HR Coordinator will manage complex and routine administrative tasks, contributing to a well-organized, supportive, and compliant workplace environment.

Key aspects of the HR Coordinator position include maintaining confidential employee records, supporting accurate payroll and timekeeping processes, assisting with HR reporting, and facilitating onboarding for new hires. The HR Coordinator will also respond to employee relations issues, assist with recruitment efforts for hourly positions, and support a variety of employee engagement initiatives. The HR Coordinator is expected to uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity while working collaboratively with HR leadership and other departments to support organizational goals.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for this role, as the HR Coordinator will interact with a diverse workforce and must be able to communicate effectively across languages. The ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed, is also required, particularly during peak operational periods.
