HR Coordinator - Summary
- Supports a range of human resources activities, including employee relations, payroll, HR reporting, recruiting, and benefits administration.
- Advises managers, supervisors, and employees on HR practices, company policies, and regulatory compliance.
- Works closely with the HR Central/Shared Services Team to provide comprehensive HR support.
- Performs both complex and routine administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain associate records, including personnel, benefits, and employee relations files in a confidential manner.
- Update bulletin boards and manage employment verification requests.
- Organize and file confidential employee documents; maintain new hire documents and create new hire packets.
- Process payroll and timekeeping accurately; conduct audits and generate payroll-related reports as needed.
- Manage office supplies and onboarding materials to support HR functions.
- Enter confidential personnel data into HRIS systems and assist with HR reporting.
- Respond to employee relations issues by reviewing concerns and working with the Sr. HR Manager to resolve them.
- Support recruitment for all hourly positions, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and facilitating onboarding.
- Assist with Training & Development opportunities for employees.
- Support administration of Leaves of Absence and Workers Compensation.
- Assist with Health & Safety initiatives as needed.
- Support Sr. HR Manager with employee and company events.
- Coordinate meetings, lunches, employee engagement events, and welcome visitors.
- Create employee ID badges and perform other general administrative duties.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support HR operations.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the human resources field.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
