Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for all core HR functions, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating training schedules.
- Manage offboarding tasks such as conducting exit interviews and processing final paperwork.
- Maintain confidential employee records in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
- Support employee engagement initiatives by coordinating activities and assisting with communication efforts.
- Participate in incident investigations by gathering relevant documentation and assisting with follow-up actions.
- Facilitate employee relations by responding to general inquiries and escalating issues when appropriate.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative duties as needed to support the HR team.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data and documentation.
