Housekeeper - Summary- Responsible for cleaning and preparing vacant apartment homes for new residents
- Maintains cleanliness of all common areas, including leasing offices, hallways, stairwells, and amenities
- Ensures a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors
- Clean and prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents (move-outs/make-readies)
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including leasing offices, hallways, stairwells, and amenities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Remove trash and debris from property grounds and common areas
- Assist with inventory and stocking of cleaning supplies
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management promptly
- Follow company standards and safety procedures at all times

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
