Hospitality Supervisor - Summary- Oversees daily operations and production workflow within the hospitality department
- Ensures all customer orders are processed and delivered accurately and efficiently
- Maintains a safe, productive, and organized work environment for all employees
- Acts as a key communicator between customers, team members, and management
- Prepare and manage work schedules for production employees in the assigned department to maximize efficiency and coverage
- Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to staff, ensuring all production and service targets are met
- Monitor departmental productivity and ensure records are accurately maintained and posted regularly
- Provide ongoing coaching, counseling, and corrective action to employees to maintain high performance and resolve any issues promptly
- Monitor and record daily fill rates to ensure customer orders are completed to standard
- Participate in production work as needed, balancing supervisory responsibilities with hands-on tasks
- Inform management of any significant operational challenges, particularly those related to laundry or service operations
- Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to provide updates and resolve inquiries
- Uphold all safety standards and company policies to protect employees and maintain compliance
