Hospitality Supervisor - Summary
As a Hospitality Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of departmental operations, including scheduling, staff supervision, productivity tracking, and direct communication with customers. Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed work schedules for production employees within the assigned department to ensure adequate coverage and efficient workflow.
- Assign daily tasks to staff and monitor their progress to maintain high productivity and service standards.
- Ensure that productivity records are accurately posted and maintained to support continuous improvement and accountability.
- Provide counseling, coaching, and corrective action to team members as needed, fostering professional growth and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Monitor, report, and record daily fill rates to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in production work alongside team members, demonstrating a hands-on leadership approach.
- Promptly inform the manager of any issues or challenges related to operations, especially those affecting laundry services or customer satisfaction.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, both verbally and in writing, to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
