The Hospitality Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and efficiency of hospitality services within the organization. This position is responsible for overseeing daily departmental activities, maintaining a safe working environment, and ensuring that all customer orders are fulfilled with accuracy and timeliness. The Hospitality Supervisor works closely with both the production team and management, balancing supervisory responsibilities with hands-on production tasks as needed. This role requires strong leadership abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills to coordinate between team members and customers.
As a Hospitality Supervisor, you will be entrusted with preparing and managing work schedules for employees, assigning daily tasks, and monitoring productivity to guarantee that operational goals are met consistently. You will also be responsible for maintaining and posting productivity records, counseling and coaching team members, and implementing corrective actions when necessary. Your ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and execute effective problem-solving strategies is essential for maintaining high operational standards in the hospitality environment. Additionally, the role requires regular communication with both customers and internal teams to ensure satisfaction and resolve any operational challenges.

- Maintains a safe and productive work environment for all employees

- Acts as a liaison between employees, management, and customers to ensure the highest level of service
- Prepare detailed work schedules for production employees, ensuring optimal staffing levels each day
- Assign daily work tasks and monitor employee productivity to achieve departmental targets
- Post and maintain accurate productivity records, providing regular updates to management
- Counsel, coach, and implement corrective actions for employees as needed to maintain high standards
- Monitor and report daily fill rates, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled efficiently
- Perform production tasks alongside team members to support operational needs
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to address service needs and feedback
- Identify and proactively address any issues related to hospitality or laundry operations, informing management of significant developments
