The Hospitality Supervisor works closely with both the production team and management, balancing supervisory responsibilities with hands-on production tasks as needed. This role requires strong leadership abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills to coordinate between team members and customers.
As a Hospitality Supervisor, you will be entrusted with preparing and managing work schedules for employees, assigning daily tasks, and monitoring productivity to guarantee that operational goals are met consistently. You will also be responsible for maintaining and posting productivity records, counseling and coaching team members, and implementing corrective actions when necessary. Your ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and execute effective problem-solving strategies is essential for maintaining high operational standards in the hospitality environment. Duties & Responsibilities

- Post and maintain accurate productivity records, providing regular updates to management
- Counsel, coach, and implement corrective actions for employees as needed to maintain high standards
- Monitor and report daily fill rates, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled efficiently
- Perform production tasks alongside team members to support operational needs
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to address service needs and feedback
- Identify and proactively address any issues related to hospitality or laundry operations, informing management of significant developments

- Proven ability to lead and supervise a team in a hospitality or related environment
