Optigy is actively seeking board-certified or board-eligible Hospitalist Physicians (MD/DO) for a dynamic, long-term locum tenens opportunity in Kansas City, Missouri. This position is ideal for experienced physicians interested in working within a high-acuity Level I Trauma Center. The hospitalist physician role offers a flexible schedule with both day and night shift opportunities, supporting a large, well-established hospital medicine program. As a hospitalist physician, you will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team, working closely with intensivists, specialty consultants, and advanced practice providers. The facility features a 590-bed hospital environment, an open ICU model with intensivist support, and a robust 24/7 critical care program. The hospitalist position also supports ongoing initiatives, including participation in a developing ECMO program, ensuring exposure to the latest advancements in acute care medicine.
