Duties & Responsibilities

- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
- Cross-credential and provide coverage at designated hospital locations as needed
- Document all patient encounters accurately and promptly in the electronic medical record
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to hospital policies and protocols
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team regarding treatment plans and progress

Qualifications & Requirements
- Current and unrestricted state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
