As a Hospitalist Nocturnist (MD/DO), you will work a 7-on/7-off schedule, allowing for significant personal time and a balanced lifestyle. The position involves single-provider coverage during the night, with additional remote or phone support provided to a sister hospital, ensuring that all patients receive timely and coordinated care. The hospital operates an open ICU model, and this position does not require procedures, making it ideal for physicians focused on acute inpatient medicine. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) is essential, as the hospital utilizes Cerner for all patient documentation and order entry.

- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Valid and unrestricted state medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in inpatient hospitalist medicine strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Comfort with EMR systems; Cerner experience a plus
