Hospitalist (MD/DO) - Summary- Full-time Hospitalist (MD/DO) opportunity within a leading healthcare organization
- Focus on delivering comprehensive inpatient care for adult patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve high-quality clinical outcomes
- Commitment to evidence-based medicine and patient-centered practices
- Provide direct medical care to hospitalized adult patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions
- Perform daily rounds, assess patient progress, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with nursing staff, specialists, and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers regarding diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment options
- Document all patient encounters and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical meetings, and educational activities as required
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines

- Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency program
- Board certification or board eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
