Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise and support advanced practice providers (NPs, PAs) in the hospitalist program

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Lead onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training for new and current staff
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives for the hospitalist team
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and ancillary departments to optimize patient outcomes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements

Qualifications & Requirements
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Advanced degree from an accredited program (MSN, DNP, or equivalent for NPs; Master's for PAs)
- Minimum of 3-5 years clinical experience as an advanced practice provider in hospital medicine
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor staff, and implement process improvements
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of hospital operations, regulatory standards, and quality improvement methodologies
- BLS and ACLS certification required
