- Valid, unrestricted PT license in the state of employment
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a healthcare facility
- Ability and willingness to travel within the designated coverage area
- Dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and up-to-date auto insurance
- Physical ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds
