Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
- Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of employment.
- Minimum of one year of experience working in a healthcare facility, preferably with home health or rehabilitation experience.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance in compliance with state regulations for travel within the coverage area.
- Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned branch or office territory as required for patient care.
- Physical capability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including assisting with patient transfers and moving equipment.
