We are seeking a dedicated Hematology Oncology Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a permanent, full-time position in Ocean City, NJ. As a Hematology Oncology Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA), you will work closely with an experienced oncologist in a one-on-one setting, providing patient-centered care within a small community practice that is also affiliated with a large, supportive oncology network.

The Hematology Oncology Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) will engage in both inpatient and outpatient settings, offering comprehensive care to patients with a 70/30 oncology to hematology mix. This structure allows for a meaningful impact on patient outcomes, as you will have more time dedicated to each individual under your care. The patient load in the inpatient setting typically ranges from 5-10 patients per day, ensuring a manageable and focused clinical environment. The two clinical locations are situated near each other, providing convenience and continuity of care for both staff and patients.
