Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations related to oncology and hematology conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging studies, and other diagnostic procedures to monitor disease progression and therapeutic response.
- Prescribe medications and manage chemotherapy regimens as appropriate under collaborative practice agreements.
- Provide patient education regarding disease processes, treatment options, medication management, and side effect monitoring.
- Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, social workers, and ancillary providers to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements
