As a Hematology Oncology Nurse Practitioner (NP), you will work collaboratively with physicians, nurse navigators, case managers, and oncology specialists to deliver integrated, patient-centered care. The practice is located directly on the hospital campus, offering convenient access to an advanced hospital laboratory and pharmacy. You will have the support of a comprehensive care team, including nurse navigators specializing in head, neck, and lung cancers, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), a case manager, an oncology nutritionist, and a genetic counselor. Radiation therapy services are available on site, further enhancing the continuum of care for patients.
Your typical daily caseload will involve managing 10-15 patients per day, allowing you to provide thorough assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and educate both patients and their families. Hematology Oncology Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Summary- Full-time advanced practice role in hematology and oncology care
- Work within a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary setting
