Healthcare Systems Analyst - Summary- Supports, configures, and maintains medical and clinical applications within a healthcare environment.
- Troubleshoots and resolves Tier 2 and Tier 3 incidents related to healthcare IT systems.
- Collaborates with clinical users, IT professionals, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure optimal system functionality and user satisfaction.
- Contributes to process improvement initiatives and documentation efforts to enhance system reliability and knowledge sharing.
- Works to advance the organization's mission of improving patient outcomes through effective healthcare technology solutions.
- Perform entry to mid-level systems analysis focused on clinical and medical applications.
- Serve as a frontline resource for troubleshooting, triaging, and resolving complex incidents related to healthcare IT systems.
- Support system configuration, access management, and the ongoing maintenance of clinical applications.
- Collaborate with end users, IT teams, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure system reliability and user satisfaction.

- At least 2 years of professional experience in IT systems support or application support, preferably within a healthcare environment.
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems or clinical application technologies.
- Understanding of medical applications, PACS, and imaging workflows.
- Basic knowledge of system integration and biomedical device interfaces.
