- Communicate staffing needs and schedule updates to team members via phone and electronic systems.
- Assign staff to open shifts based on availability and qualifications, maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing needs.
- Support the onboarding and orientation process for new staff members, ensuring a smooth transition into the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to maintain adequate staffing coverage and support patient care requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of staffing activities, shift changes, and team member assignments.
- Deliver excellent customer service to internal teams and staff, addressing inquiries and resolving scheduling issues promptly.
