Healthcare Recruiter – CRNA Recruitment Specialist Summary- Full-time position dedicated to the recruitment of CRNAs and anesthesiology professionals
- Work with a nationally recognized healthcare staffing firm with a large portfolio of contracts

- Source, recruit, and build relationships with Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) and anesthesiology professionals
- Manage both client and candidate relationships, supporting placements across the healthcare sector
- Conduct high-volume outreach via calls, emails, and other communication channels to identify and engage top candidates
- Cold call potential candidates and clients with professionalism and energy, meeting or exceeding daily outreach goals
- Maintain an organized and comprehensive database of candidates and client opportunities
- Collaborate with team members on strategic market expansion and new business development initiatives
