As a Healthcare Recruiter – Advanced Practice (APP), your primary mission is to identify, engage, and place advanced practice providers into permanent positions that support both client objectives and candidate career goals. Working within a supportive and resource-rich environment in Ft. Duties & Responsibilities
- Proactively source, engage, and build pipelines of qualified Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, CRNAs, and APRNs using a variety of outreach methods including cold calls, emails, text campaigns, and referrals.
- Utilize digital platforms and premium recruiting tools, such as Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, VMS platforms, DocCafe, NursingJobCafe, and PAJobSite, to find and track candidates.
- Conduct detailed interviews and screenings to ensure alignment with client requirements and organizational culture.
- Guide candidates through every phase of the hiring process, from first contact through offer negotiation, acceptance, and onboarding.
- Manage credentialing, licensing, and compliance details with precision and attention to regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with providers by offering career guidance, transparent communication, and reliable support.
- Collaborate closely with sales and account management teams to understand real-time client needs and drive successful placements.
- Maintain accurate records and candidate pipelines within Salesforce CRM and other tracking systems.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in advanced practice provider (APP) healthcare recruitment, with a focus on permanent placements.
- Proficient in sourcing and screening candidates using job boards, digital databases, and various outreach strategies.
- Comfortable conducting a high volume of phone-based communication (50+ calls per day).
- Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and candidates simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

- This is a full-time, Monday–Friday in-office position located in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Remote opportunities may be available for candidates with exceptional recruitment records who reside 200+ miles outside the state.
